Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fj99 ("fj99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fj99 website at fj99.ws, including all games, services, promotions, and content made available through the platform. 3. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other individual to access your account under any circumstances. Accounts found to be shared between multiple individuals will be suspended.
4. You must notify fj99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
5. fj99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to complete identity verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

fj99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the major Bangladesh mobile financial services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

4. Bonuses and Promotions

1. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Where no rollover is stated, the default wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies.
2. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another player's account. Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

Upon account closure at the player's request, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any applicable verification requirements.

8. Intellectual Property
